At BigBox VR Incorporated (“BigBox VR,” “we,” or “us”), we understand that privacy is important to you, and we are committed to respecting your privacy when you visit any website controlled by BigBox VR such as www.BigBoxVR.com (the “Site”), or otherwise download, install, or use any of BigBox VR’s software Applications (the "Game").
What information we gather from you through our Site or your use, installation, or download of either the Game; and
How we collect, use and disclose this information, who we might share this information with.
Overview of Our Collection and Use of Information
Our primary goals in collecting personal information are to:
Enable you to fully use the functionality available via use of the Game;
Provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience;
Send you information upon your request; and
Communicate with you about the Game.
In addition, we may use such information to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze the Site and the services we provide through the Game, to improve our content and product offerings.
By way of example and without limitation, we may use information we obtain through your use of the Game or the Site, including your personal information, (a) for license reporting and assessment of the Site and the Game service levels; (b) to better understand on an aggregated basis how our products and services are used, gauge traffic patterns and determine what types of content and services are most popular with users of our products and services; (c) to verify access rights to content, services or software; (d) to provide you with information about BigBox VR products, services, news and events through the Site or the Game; (e) to allow you to purchase and download BigBox VR products and services; and/or (f) to provide you with instructions and other services and service offerings via your use of the Site or the Game.
When you choose to download, install, and use the Game, you agree to provide BigBox VR information that may include, without limitation:
Your first name, last name, and email address.
Your user name.
Activity data about what you are doing on your device. This includes your IP address, information about what aspects of the Game you are utilizing, how long you have the Game open.
Information Storage; Use of the Internet to Communicate; Security.
Substantially all information BigBox VR receives from you or via your use of the Game or the Site are copied, stored, and managed through computer servers owned or controlled by BigBox VR. We also employ security techniques to protect your personally identifiable information from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the organization. You should be aware, however, that “perfect security” does not exist on the Internet; third parties may unlawfully or improperly intercept or access transmissions, personal information, or private communications. As such, we cannot make any assurances that a security breach will not occur.
For example, the BigBox VR servers are not located at BigBox VR’s facilities but rather are managed and located at facilities operated by a third-party Infrastructure-as-a-Service provider(s) (an “IAAS”). We have taken commercially reasonable steps to choose a professional IAAS provider(s) in conformity with industry norms but we cannot guarantee the performance of any IAAS provider, its security measures, or the actions or inactions it takes in the future. By using the Game or the Site, you understand and agree that we have no liability for the action, behaviors or failings of our IAAS provider(s).
Although BigBox VR takes reasonable steps to keep your information safe, you need to be aware that the Internet is not a secure environment. This means that others could attempt and successfully gain access to your information. BigBox VR has taken steps to attempt to ensure this does not happen but, given the unsecure structure of the Internet, BigBox VR cannot be liable if such actions are taken. Specifically, except with respect to online payment information described below, BigBox VR does not encrypt in any manner any information you choose to share or distribute through use of the Game.
With respect to on-line payments, if any, we use encryption and secure https protocol to communicate with your browser software, which guards against interception of on-line payment and/or credit card information you give us.
Personally Identifiable Information; Location-Based Services
We may use some or all of the information described above to enable you to use the Game and to ensure compliance with intellectual property laws.
Additionally, if you provide us with on-line comments or feedback via our Site or use of the Game, or post information about yourself or others to or through our Site or through the Game, the information you provide may be is available to others accessing the Game and/or shared information available via use of the Game. We work to process and maintain accurately the information that you share with us and will use commercially reasonable efforts to allow you the ability to change or modify your user information in order to enhance your ability to use the Game for its intended purposes.
Additionally, if and when you pay for the right to use the Game (or portions thereof), BigBox VR will collect your contact information (such as your name and address) and financial information (such as your credit/debit card information). We will use such information you provide only to complete that product order or fulfill the service. We do not share this information with unaffiliated parties except to the extent necessary to complete that transaction. If we have trouble processing an order, we use the information to contact you.
Length of Storage
Generally, BigBox VR maintains all information you submit to us until you proactively change or delete it or otherwise terminate your registration with BigBox VR. This allows us to ensure full functionality of the Game.
Third Party Uses
We may share some of your personally identifiable information with our consultants and service providers for the purpose of analyzing, improving, maintaining, and/or monitoring the Game and the Site and facilitating the services that BigBox VR offers to you. In addition, we sometimes employ other companies and individuals to perform promotional, marketing and data analysis functions on our behalf, such as sending postal mail, removing repetitive information, analyzing data, processing credit card and on-line payments and providing customer service.] These companies and individuals have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for any other purpose.
“Cookies” are small files placed on your hard drive; each website can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser preferences allow it. You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. (Each browser is different, so check the “Help” menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences.) You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, although in that case you may not be able to use certain features on our Site or the Game.
Like most Internet-based services, we use log files on the server side. The data held in log files includes your IP address, browser type, e-mail Application, Internet service provider (“ISP”), referring/exit Web pages, computer platform type, date/time stamp, and user activity. BigBox VR uses server log data to analyze trends, administer the services offered through the Site and the Game. IP addresses in our log files are tied to individual account login information.
The software enabling the Site and the Game have associated log and temporary files that are stored on BigBox VR’s servers. These files store your account information, preference settings, system notifications, as well as other data necessary to enable you to participate on the Site and/or use the Game. Your information may also exist within regularly performed server backups.

Because BigBox VR provides its California users with the ability to exercise his or her “opt out” rights as described above, pursuant to Section 1798.83 (c)(2) of the California Civil Code, BigBox VR is in compliance with the California “Shine the Light” law and is not obligated to provide California users with the names and addresses of all the third parties that received personal information from BigBox VR for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year.
Users Outside the United States
BigBox VR is based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by United States and Applicable state law. If you use the Game and reside outside the United States, your information will be transferred to the United States and will be processed and stored here under United States privacy standards. By using the Site or downloading, installing, and using the Game, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the United States. You are responsible for complying with any laws or regulations in your country that govern use of Applications and services like those provided by BigBox VR. If you are a resident of the European Union, you represent and warrant to us that (a) you are providing your unambiguous consent to how your personal information is stored and used by us, as such consent is interpreted under EU Directive 95/46/EC and that (b) you fully understand how your use of the Game will affect your privacy rights.
